Brayden Buys Homes (“we,” “us”) buys houses directly from owners in Wichita and nearby Kansas towns. This policy explains what we collect when you contact us, what we do with it, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
When you fill out our form, call us or text us, we collect what you give us:
- Your name, phone number, and email address if you provide one
- The address of the property you want an offer on
- What you tell us about its condition and your timeline
- Whether you agreed to receive text messages, with the date, time and wording you agreed to
- Anything else you choose to tell us
We also record basic technical details: the page you submitted from, your IP address, and the ad campaign or website that sent you, so we know which advertising works. We don’t collect Social Security numbers, bank details or payment information on this site.
How we use it
- To contact you about your property and prepare a cash offer
- To follow up if we don't reach you the first time
- To keep records of properties we've looked at and offers we've made
- To measure which advertising brings genuine inquiries
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with lead-buying services.
Text messages
Our online form asks you to agree that we may call, text and email you at the number you gave about your property. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. If you’d rather not receive texts, call us instead of using the form.
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help, or call (316) 330-3939. We never share mobile numbers or text opt-in information with third parties for their marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with companies that help us run the business, for that purpose:
- Our customer relationship manager, where we track properties and offers
- Our email and messaging providers, which deliver notifications to our team
- Our website host and analytics providers
- Advertising platforms, to measure whether our ads led to an inquiry
If you sell to us, we also share what’s needed to close with the title company, and with an investment partner if one is the buyer at closing. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records as long as we reasonably need them for follow-up and our business records, and longer where a sale happened and the law requires it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you. Call (316) 330-3939. You don’t need to give a reason.
Cookies
This site uses cookies and similar tools to serve pages, understand traffic and measure advertising. Ad platforms you arrive from may set their own cookies under their own policies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser and still use the site and contact us.
Children
This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
